How often are my websites checked?
Free users get 5-minute interval checks. Pro users are checked every 30 seconds for maximum reliability.
What happens during an outage?
The moment our edge network detects a failure (Timeout or non-200 HTTP code), we immediately record an Incident and trigger your configured Webhooks and Email Alerts.
Can I monitor databases and background workers?
Yes! By selecting TCP Monitor, you can ping PostgreSQL, Redis, or any raw TCP socket to ensure it's accepting connections.
