By using ApexUptime, you agree to these terms. We provide a monitoring service "as is" without any guarantees of 100% uninterrupted service, although we strive for 99.99% uptime of our own infrastructure.

Usage Limits

Free tier users are limited to 50 monitors at a 5-minute interval. Abuse of the system, including attempting to DDoS targets via our monitoring nodes, will result in immediate permanent account termination.

Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.
